My room bed is dirty with lot's of hair. Had to called them to change the sheet. Towel need to request and room floor is dirty. I sweep the floor myself, lucky only for 1 night."

"Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night. Very clean and comfortable room.
