"The guy that checks you in (if your female) will not talk to you. I asked him a question and he looked to my husband to answer the question. He was extremely rude and very sexist. The building has a lot of potential, however it is not in very good condition due to lack of upkeep. "非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂"
