"I was not quite happy because I can hear on midnight for several days of stay the noise at the other room which is really so disgusting at night.Also hopefully on summer time if I will be back there is an electric fan since there is no aircondition.Fan is alright.Staff are all excellent especially the domestic the place is really excellent.I will recommend this to other friends and also hope to be back and stay there again.Keep up good review and maintain the cleanliness .

"Great location and nice historic feel. Clean room, good water pressure and decent sized bathroom for Europe. Bed was very very firm though. Get a room not facing the street as street cars and traffic can be loud. But location is amazing - a five minute walk to the castle, highly recommend strolling there at night you’ll have the place to yourself."

"I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Hotel City Bell. My family of 5 stayed there for 7 nights, and we loved every moment. It was perfect for us.
Before we arrived, the staff was quick to respond and incredibly helpful in helping us set up transportation from the airport, and letting us secure our luggage in a locked room until our room was ready.

"My stay had a rocky start, but it improved a lot afterwards.
The first room had no working AC, and I had to wait until the following morning for someone to properly look into it. The room was very warm and faced the main street, with a pub directly opposite, so it was a little noisy. It also got a lot of sun during the day, which made the heat worse. I was given a fan in the meantime.
Eventually, the hotel moved me and gave me a free upgrade, which I really appreciated. The upgraded room was...
