"Was provided early check-in at 10am which was very helpful as I was only expecting to drop off my luggage and check-in later in the afternoon to explore the city. During check-in was informed that breakfast was served in the mornings but was not informed of the additional charge for this service so I assumed it was included with my reservation. The breakfast was decent with a wide assortment of cheeses and hams, and baked goods. I was informed during checkout that breakfast was not included and...

"My daughter and I really liked this little hotel on the outskirts, less busy and charming area of Zurich. The room is on thr smaller side but super efficient and feels spacious because of the high ceiling. We loved the layout of the room. We could easily get ready without being in each other's way. The room is bright and happy. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very kind. I would definitely stay there again."
