"This is a massive place with many levels which was confusing. Also, I didn’t realized that this hotel is geared to family with kids, many kids. "The hotel was very clean, but 3 major things annoyed me about this place:
1. Nobody at the front desk, even around 3pm when check-in starts.

3. No blackout curtains. The sun came in before 6am and it was very bright."
