"I electrocuted myself a bit on the shower head 😅 needless to say, I left the shower and got a new hotel, cheaper and nicer too. BUT, the café was incredible lol."
"Yo reservé una habitación sencilla, al llegar, no se respetó esta reserva y se me asignó una habitación con cama doble cobrándome 12mil pesos más a la tarifa que decía la aplicación, por fortuna disponía de dinero suficiente y habían habitaciones, peor que tal donde no pudiere aforar la modificación hecha por el hotel?"
"This seems to be a newly built or renovated hotel from top to bottom. The room and bathroom was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room but due to the Bogota weather, the room was not overly warm. The hotel is within walking distance to a bakery, supermarket, pizza place and other eateries.
The hotel parking garage is extremely small and fits 5 to 6 vehicles but unless you are the last one to arrive, you must wait for the other vehicles to be moved...
"They change owner from Viaggio to living and things are different, and staff are no helpfull at all, for everything you ask they don't have, like fan or Iron.
Been staying there for more then 5 years on different operator, now this new one absolutely not recommended. Breakfast very poor not buffet anymore. Horreble."
"Very friendly staff but unfortunately terribly loud noise coming from streets and bar downstairs. I was unable to sleep and need to move to another hotel. There is no on-site staff inside, only cleaning staff. They asked you to pay in a separate platform and there are additional charges (Processing fees) on credit card. Having tried different places in Bogota, this is not the best place to stay and does not offer the best prices. I recommend avoiding this place."
"I loved staying at this property. Very comfortable and conveniently located. The amenities were great with a complete kitchen, nice washer and dryer, and I really loved the fireplace. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. The host is very attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I hope to stay here again when i return to Bogotá soon."
