"It was a very nice and covenient place to stay, but too noisy at night, there was a loud noise coming from the building very wird pipe noise it would go on and off. If you're a heavy sleeper or don't mind the noise it's a good place. Very conveniently located, close to all the shops and nice place to stay. The staff was great, very friendly Mr. Rafael. Even gave us something to snack on."

"Receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and rude. Kept wandering off and telling me to book in online but the online booking is not very user friendly. Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. A/c room heating didn’t work, just looked like the box was installed in the room but not plumbed in or electricaly connected. "The room itself, and what appeared to be the only one lady staff member were excellent and very attentive. The hotel felt more like an institution rather than a bright and open welcoming building too far away from restaurants and other amenities. And as a result way too overpriced. I have stayed in hotels in Estopana at half the price were more pleasant."
