"As a large family on an extended road trip, our priorities for hotels have been good reviews of breakfast, and availability of pool and hot tub. Hot tub was emptied and said closed for service. Breakfast said available until 10, but when our family arrived at 9:30 the hot food was gone and not refilled, waffle batter was empty, and trash bin in dining room was overflowing with nowhere to put trash, so people had left along for counter.
