"This place was great! Super clean and convenient to the main road. They also had free breakfast! I think the only suggestion I had was to maybe mark the breakfast items for vegetarians. The front desk did explain to me which ones were okay to eat but my Chinese isn’t the best. But everything else was great!"

"It's a budget hotel in a port city. If that's what you love then you'll know this is your place. We went to the night market every night and used the train every day to get to where we need to go in the entire Taipei metro. There is 24 hr pharmacy and convenience store right downstairs. Why pay Taipei rates when you can live in Keelung and watch people wash freshly caught fish on the sidewalk. I'm from a fishing port and this is my home. "

"Our stay at the light inn was incredible. The facilities are nice, spacious and so clean! Everyone there was so incredibly lovely and friendly to us. We cannot express how sweet the owner and wokers were, the kindest people we have met! We cannot recomend them more! "

"Overall, this was an acceptable place to sleep for the night, though I don’t have very high standards. The room was clean, the bathroom had towels and toiletries. That being said, there was the mold problem that I smell in many hotels in Taiwan. At one point, I started sneezing uncontrollably, and I don’t consider myself to be sensive to mold. Also, the a/c control wasn’t much of a control. There was no way to adjust the temp, which was 17 degrees C. Could only choose various fan strength...

"The Inn is charming located with a good view of the sea and mountain. The place is well kept and clean. Breakfast is simple and nice and dining area is cosy. Getting there is challenging because of uphill climb and steps. Better to travel light. The place is not manned after 8pm and arrangement needed for late check in. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is located right next to MRT with lots of eateries around. Hotel staffs are very professional with top notch services. The dislikes will be smell smoking of cigarettes in the room..and no wardrobe to hang the clothes."
