"The property is super nice and clean. However, what I didn't like or experience before is the fact that, staff at the front desk could notice guests have arrived carrying several lagagges and will not even attempt to open the door for the guest. Also they just conduct check in at the front desk and handover the room card and ask you to find your way to the room. No one cares if you can locate the or if you could handle your lagagges. Such a practice is not hospitality management that I know...

"The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price."
