"My experience was extremely disappointing. There were no complimentary water bottle’s provided , and the facial tissue box had only two tissues left. Most concerning was the cleanliness of the room—the bedsheets and pillow smelled strongly of sweat, which made it seem as though they had not been changed or properly cleaned before our arrival. "A/C was problematic. The Desk Staff figured out that the unit needed to be unplugged and re-plugged to reboot the unit. Elevator wasn't working. That problem should be announced in the website before you make a reservation. Cracks and splinters in a handrail that's in the parking lot. That's a safety hazard."

"This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent , the staff was very friendly too. the negative are parking lot pavement was old and all cracked up, really needs a resurfacing now. the elevator carpet was very dirty and ripped across the front of it we didn't have yfi 2 out of the 3 days and hot water 1 of the 3 days"

"Hopefully it was just a bad one off... but this was perhaps the worst motel stay we ever had. The first room was toxic with air refreshing scent to cover up obvious mildew and pet odor. We were told we couldn't change rooms so we tried to air it out but after a few hours the toxic scent persisted. We went to to check out early and go find another place to stay and at that point we were offered another room. We took that other room and unfortunately it reeked of stale beer.
