"This is the only upscale hotel I could find in Pathankot. It's new, clean and quaint. I love the pool design and layout. The staff is extremely helpful but there were some hiccups to overcome. For example, water leaking from light fixture requiring me to downgrade to a smaller available room, served uncooked chicken, housekeeper entered my room without permission or knocking or ringing the doorbell, late responses from the reception team. I truly believe this place can be one of the "greats"...

"Amazing place to stay! Very friendly ownership who makes sure you’re comfortable. Food was excellent. Made me feel like I’m at home. Cute dogs, great place over all. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back!!"
