"This hotel is clean but terribly dated. Rooms don’t have enough outlets for charging modern devices. Linens are clean but looking kind of shabby, as are the floors. The Christmas theme decor is looking faded and dusty. Won’t stay here agin."

"We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well.
