"Perfect, simple accommodations. Well located, comfortable, surprisingly peaceful yet close to busy, popular areas. The staff also went above and beyond to help with my little travel bumps."

"The room was neat. The breakfast was convenient and varied."

"It was good hotel, great location, just the room wasn’t very clean."

"Small but sufficient rooms, super convenient access direct into the Tambore Mall, great breakfast "

"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

"Average is good "

"Convenient location close to the Luz and Júlio Prestes railroad stations, although not the best neighborhood. The restaurant in the building is a plus. Spartan but clean and comfortable with a friendly staff, and they do a great job with breakfast."

"Staff really helpful."

"Good cost-benefit with in a great location nearby subway stations and Paulista Avenue."

"Excelente atendimento e hotel"

"Very supportive staff"

"A cool place with friendly people clean rooms "

Quarto mal conservado. Limpeza a desejar."

"Thw room is simple and very good!"

"Nice for the cost"

"The only thing this hotel offers is a cheap place to sleep. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower barely works, there is no air conditioning or fan, and the staff are unhelpful."
