"It was a clean convenient place to stay and when we didn't need one of the the rooms they gladly canceled it at no charge.
We were not informed of any details of things included with our room, like breakfast and where/when it would be provided. As we checked out we asked about breakfast and were given a paper bag with food in it."

"Exactly what you think of a cabin in the Maine woods. Close to Bucksport. No wifi. Only got one channel on the rabbit ears for the TV, but many movies available to use on the dvd player. Dark outside at night. Quick response from property manager. Would stay there again. "

"Regarding communication rating:If you are going to rent the property, just know that you cannot access the host even in an emergency. You cannot communicate with anyone that could advocate on your behalf. The property looks lovely and I’m sure it would’ve been great. I travel to Maine often so I am disappointed about this aspect of it. Because of this very practical concern, unfortunately I am likely not to rent the property again."

10/10 Excellent
What a charming place to stay. We were given homemade cookies on arrival. The room was lovely, bed was comfy. We had a porch overlooking the water. The room had extra towels and we each got a mint on our pillows with a towel sculpture. Everything was spotless. Bonus: A big, friendly orange kitty lolling on the lobby counter when we checked out. This place is great.
