"Horrible. They give wrong room which was conjusted. Room advertised 279 feet but is less than 200 feet. They charge me for may 7th morning to evening stay 80 soles after 1.5 hr discussion insteadof 15 minutes. 3 people involved. They dont give receipt even after requesting and say all good. This was may 4th. I leave on may 4th evening and arrive on may 7th morning after 3 days of hectic night bus travel and hike. The reception new non English speaking guy says that i dont have room and my money...

"Very pretty hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. We had the suite with city view and it had panoramic windows, super pretty. If you’re not used to the altitude it can be difficult walking back up the hill from the Plaza de Armas. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars is that I left my AirPods there, and the staff said they weren’t there but on the findmy app they literally are so 😐"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Humantay Lodge. I stayed in a Deluxe King room on the upper floor. The bedroom had a large very comfortable bed and a heater . There is also a separate sitting room with a couch ,table and chairs and smart tv. I loved sitting there next to the flowing river and the amazing view of the mountains and countryside through the large windows , it was very tranquil. "I liked the location and the staff was very helpful. One bad thing was that I use a shampoo for colored hair which left a small and easy to wash stain on the towel. They were going to charge me 40 soles for it because they didn't know a globally-known product called Clorox.I had to pay for the laundry service."

"Expect cold room if on winter, and the water is difficult to have at the good temperature during shower but I think its the same everywhere there. Its all I can think of."
