"Staff is very helpful and professional. Dinner buffet is great and lots of options. The breakfast buffet is good. The property looks a bit old and overrated for the price. I stayed in a condominium (A) and I found the bed to be very uncomfortable and as a matter of fact terrible. The lighting in the room is not great. The property is about 2-3 minutes walk from the station but there is nothing to do in the area."

"It is a hotel that is tucked away up a hill, but it’s very quiet and quaint. The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. He also gave us a ride to Togendai station where we were able to catch the ropeway, scenic cruise, and grab dinner.
