"Aircondition was leaking water inside in the room, our luggage was soaking wet. We tried to contact the reception but there was no one there. We wrote to the hostel via WhatsApp and called them but no reply. Even now after 24 hours we havnet heard anything. Would not recommend this place. "
"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. The owner was not on site, so I ended up having to share the room with my friend instead of...
"Amazing place! Remember to let them know if you aren't going to be there for breakfast. They are literally making your own personal breakfast everyday!!"
"Lovely place to stay in nice quieter neighbourhood of Santa Cruz and Gianna and Roberto are fabulous hosts.
Nice breakfast, lovely pool, nice pace relax on hammocks on rooftop."
"Great location in the middle of the center of town, but very quiet, as the rooms are in a garden off the street. Is my second trip to Galápagos and have stayed there both times. "
"We stayed 5 nights total with a 2 night intermission while we were on Isabela. Eliana was awesome, keeping our main luggage safe and arranging for our laundry to be cleaned while we were away. She packed breakfast for us on the two early morning ferries and the other 3 days we had a delicious breakfast with fruit, yogurt, pasties and eggs made to order. The hotel is in a great walkable location. We would not hesitate to stay here again."
