"There was a fire alarm, and I was scared because my room was on the 24th floor! I started to evacuate using the staircase. When I reached the lobby on the 3rd floor, I realized that the employees were working as if nothing had happened. When I asked them about the fire alarm, they told me that it was a false alarm... an announcement clarifying the situation would have been nice... The view is amazing; I'll give them that."

"Apartment is huge, very modern, excellent views,brand new.Only negative is that everything is written in Korean and is difficult to operate.Toileteries are very basic.One bathroom did not have shampoo."

I think some of the check in instructions were lost in translation, but check in was not super easy and there’s no flexibility built in the process. The room was clean and sufficient, but there is no bathroom door so the automatic bathroom light that comes on for those middle of the night bathroom trips can be disturbing."
