"There was no hot water during our entire stay. No room service to collect rubbish. We had to ask the reception for toilet paper and soap during our stay. Location is great."

"It is not far from the city, with tram you are in center in 5 stops. But in general taxi is very cheap. The apartment was good, spacious the rooms were big. The only thing was that there was no heating or cooling. There is some thermostat for temperature but i guess was not working because it was cold. "
