"Few weeks ago me and my friends were staying at ibis budget Birmingham. It was such nice stay, very friendly reception staff, clean and comfortable rooms. If i had to go back to Birmingham i would definitely choose ibis again."
"BUYEER BEWARE1! we booked this hotel specifically advertised it said it was located in chipping camden a village in the heart of the cotswolds The address online was Mikleton, Chipping Camden. I actually called before we booked to confirm it was chipping camden..Upon arrival we learned IT WAS NOT in chipping Camden...Chipping camden was 20 miles away. Our trip was based on sttaing in chipping camden and hiking from there . When upon arrival, we realized we were lied to about it's location, we...
"Don’t judge a hotel by its frontage! Inside this little self service hotel the rooms are sound proofed, full of extras, modern, well kept, and the bed is really comfy. I stayed on a work trip and it was ideal, minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Station. I was skeptical when seeing the front, inside it’s lovely. The lift is a very unique too (would’ve preferred stairs for the exercise though)."
"Struggled to find it at first but it was a lovely room, enjoyed being able to use the TV. Had 2 fans which was needed. When arrived back at the hotel late at night there was no room in the car park but a member of staff moved their car for us to be able to park.
Only downside which staff cannot control it is very loud, right next to pubs. Banging all night and fire alarm randomly went off at 1am which gave us a bit of a fright."
"Loved the position of the rooms, overlooking the hills. No stairs. Large facilities. Offload parking, no charge. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble Ate at the pub, good selection of pub food and drinks. Would have liked complimentary shower gel."
"This is not a hotel. It is a house that rents rooms out. That said, it was clean and fine for a one night stay. I was not sent check in instructions, so I had to call them when I arrived to see how to access my room."
"Great location. Staff were lovely but definitely not enough of them, They were spread really thin over bar, restaurant and reception. Room was a good size."
"Avoid booking this apartment at all cost.
Wanted me to transfer money into unsolicited bank account as deposit. Refused to take payment by credit card offering no protection for me as consumer.
Wouldn't allow me access to the property and kept my money.
I'm surprised Expedia allow unscrupulous operators like this in the platform."
