"Excellent location with bus line directly to the airport. New building with wonderful breakfast and amicable staff. Laundry service costs 10 CHF but it's worth the money."
"Convenient Location and Comfortable Bed
A conveniently located hotel, around a 15-minute walk into town, making it a good base for exploring the area. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The room was very small, which was a downside, but the staff were obliging and helpful. Overall, a practical option for a short stay, particularly if location is a priority."
"Clean room, basic amenities but fine for one night stay. Air conditioning in room. We arrived when reception was closed and there was a problem with the automated check in system but we called a number and were able to get access. Parking available although gets busy late evening."
"This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items. Many attractions (Lake Geneva (flower clock and jet d'eau), The Museum of Ethnography, shops of all...

I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. If it had not been for the cleaners who happened to be there and helped us, the whole process would have been even more frustrating.
Once we finally got inside, the room itself was...
"We had great difficulty getting in touch with the staff for check-in as there is no reception. The phone number provided did not work. Thanks to other guests, we were given another number, which eventually answered after several attempts. Very poor experience!"
