"Excellent location. Price was really good. Check in and check out team was very good and helped us all the way. Just had small issue with the kitchen as found some red ants around it. We cleaned it and stay was shorter so it didn't bother so much."

Arrived a 9 ish to check in and was told by the owner Sam that he did not have my booking and did not want to see my confirmation email (plus one asking about how my check in was?) and said that he only gets the information from hotels.com 24 hours after the booking is made on their website, so I could not use my booking and that he was fully booked.
