"This hotel lives up to its offered services. Staff are very friendly and housekeeping are also very efficient. Rooms and bathrooms are pristine. If I had an issue, it is addressed immediately. The free breakfast buffet offers so much variety with delicious food and beverages. They maintain the food and facilities in the dining area throughout, so there is no lack for meals or a clean table. I will definitely recommend and plan on a future return when possible! 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Worse hotel ever in south korea . No service at all when reaching hotel or when checking out. No one helps with luggage into room or offer to help when reaching hotel and its lobby. Sofa is old and torn and carpet is dirty. The only positive thing is water peessure is strong and the young bell guuy working day shift. I would not recommend the hotel."

"位置方便，職員非常有禮貌，浴室環境乾淨。可惜被編配房間在大門入口處，容易被其他客人出入關門聲影響。"
