Alex was the guy that helped me out most of the time and I can say he was the most helpful guy I have ever met and he even helped me plan out the perfect proposal to ask my partner to be my girlfriend, because of the way Alex treated us we will for sure comeback soon and we will recommend this hotel to everyone when visiting the island. Além disso, senti falta de itens básicos, como pano de chão, o que impacta diretamente no conforto e na praticidade da estadia. Inclusive, tivemos que pagar uma taxa de R$ 80 por utilizar a toalha como pano de chão (Toalha em estado normal, tanto que levei para casa) o que considero um valor desproporcional diante da falta desse item...
