"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent."

"Great place, secure, friendly staff! Make sure to book online it’s cheaper that way. They have a nice dining area. The pepper soup is amazing. Just make sure you tell them to not make it too hot, because it is hot. Lol. Enjoy"

"It looked homely"

"The property was very close to LOS airport (6-8 mins or <$6USD) drive using Indrive rideshare app. The facility was clean, with ample parking. Our registration took a while to figure out, but we did get it sorted. The room was clean, well lit and spacious. The area had food, banks, groceries, etc. accessible in walking distance. The Wi-fi was stable as well was the A/C and electricity. We used the in-room fridge, and Showers water heater A-lot. A newer flat screen T.V. and DST were constant. ...

"My Fiancé and I throughly enjoyed our 13 night' stay here at CITI Residence. From the moment we were taken to the property - We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist and escorted to our room. The property is clean with everyday housekeeping services, very well maintained and privacy is simply...

"Great customer service"

"Very decent place to lodge. Good amenities and easy to locate"

"The apartment itself was clean on the inside, and the host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The trash bins in the area were overflowing, which attracted a lot of rats. The neighborhood was also very...

"Reserved and secluded great place to stay and friendly staff. The food was also very good. "

"Beware!!!! This is a fraudulent property. I didn't get access to the property. I messaged the business over and over, called several times and got no response. And the kicker, it is a non-refundable booking so i didn't even get my money back. This review was posted 24 hours after my stay and i haven't heard from the property. Beware!!!!"

"A wet towel and WC won't flush what a joke hotel."
