"My family's stay at Best Western Plus Desert View Inn & Suites wasn't planned, we had a long day and night in Palm Springs and my wife suggested we find a hotel for the night. Using my Hotels.com app, I scrolled through looking for a familiar hotel. Best Western hotels usually work out for us and this Cathedral City location didn't disappoint. "The pool area was ectremely dirty as well as the bathrooms. The pool ladder was broken. That pool needs remodeling, slippery deck, maybe an outdoor shower would help."
