"The pool is in the parking lot beside the road. My kids were not comfortable to swim there. All of the pictures show the back of the inn with the nice grass and river, but when you arrive you will see you are on a busy street across from a gas station and Denny’s."

"The front desk staff at both check-in and check-out were fairly short, almost to the point of rude. Older rooms but from the short time we were there to sleep for 7 hours it worked for the money. I would definitely not want to stay here multiple nights as it seems that there were transients milling around the parking lot at all hours overnight and it appeared like safety of the guests wasn't the hotel's first priority."
"Showed up late, the staff helped me check in quick and got me to my room. Breakfast the next morning was very well presented and very good. Whole place was very clean and recently renovated."
"Nice staff. Room was dusty and dirty, but the bed linens were clean. It was nice to have wood to burn and a heater for the chilly evenings. One of the grills on the stove top did not work well, and we had to tighten the handle on the pot before we used it. There were also only two spoons, one fork, two plates and two bowls. It was laughable. Fortunately, our party of 4 figured it out."
"I will begin with the positives, which is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff we encountered.
Bed was comfortable enough; bedding & mattress appeared clean. (Yes, I've learned to check each mattress!)
Within 20 min of the Safari Park, which was our destination. Centrally located, with a Denny's next door. 😉
We were forewarned of the property condition through reviews, so were prepared with slippers and a plastic storage bag for the carpet desperately needing cleaning/replacement. ...
"We stayed on one of their rooms and we were surprised that is clean and look new, the opposite of their building facade. It is next to the main highway so you will hear alot of trucks passing by.
They also have free grab n go stuff for breakfast (granola bars and fruit, coffee and teas)"
