"I understand that things happen and there are extenuating circumstances, but this felt like a bait and switch, book me into a nicer hotel, then not have rooms in that hotel and place me in a worse one for same price. I can’t speak to the Sapphire Hotel itself, as I never saw a room, but can speak to my experience. When I arrived, after dark after traveling for the day, I was told I’d be staying across the way at her ‘mother’s house’ (eventually realized she meant hotel). I was open minded and...

"We absolutely loved our stay here at Hachi. It’s a beautiful architecturally designed Homestay out of the centre of Hue. It’s for relaxation, rejuvenation and enjoying the natural surrounds of the local neighbourhood. The beds are comfy and the staff are just so friendly and accommodating. You do need to plan your visits to town but it’s a small price to pay to stay at this fabulous home stay. Thank you everyone at Hachi for making us feel so welcome and for being so friendly and professional."

"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"This hotel while the room itself was just fine. The walls were thin and the host failed to give noise warnings to the extremely loud family next door. We were kept up the majority of the night. Hotel was fine but not worth the hassle of losing sleep"
