"We absolutely loved our stay here at Hachi. It’s a beautiful architecturally designed Homestay out of the centre of Hue. It’s for relaxation, rejuvenation and enjoying the natural surrounds of the local neighbourhood. The beds are comfy and the staff are just so friendly and accommodating. You do need to plan your visits to town but it’s a small price to pay to stay at this fabulous home stay. Thank you everyone at Hachi for making us feel so welcome and for being so friendly and professional."

"I understand that things happen and there are extenuating circumstances, but this felt like a bait and switch, book me into a nicer hotel, then not have rooms in that hotel and place me in a worse one for same price. I can’t speak to the Sapphire Hotel itself, as I never saw a room, but can speak to my experience. "My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"In 21 days of travelling Vietnam and Thailand (including some 5-star hotels) this place really stood out and stayed in our travel memories. "19년 4월28 예약후 HU-E 기차역 에서 택시를 타고 갔으나 택시 기사가 찾지를 못해 구글 지도로 찾았으나 나오지 앓았다.그때부터 악몽이 시작 됐다.현지인 들에게 질문도 하면서 찾았으나 결국 못 찾았다.그 숙소완 전혀 연락이 안되었고 없는 번호로 나왔다.사기 숙소이다.!절대 이 숙소는 선택 하면 안된다."
