We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided. We waited 35 mins to check in and 25 to check out and that...

"Apartments Torreluz was a very good choice because of excellent location in the city center, covenient parking in the garage, and, first of all, a great view of the city, the port and the sea. The place itself was spacious and clean (daily cleaning service). Overall, highly recommended."

"This hotel benefits from it's central location, close to shops, and beach. However during my stay in December an xmas market was constructed in the plaza directly outside the hotel, causing. Noise and light pollution. Lights flickered on and off for hours before the system was correctly coordinated. Music blaring out 'Felice navidad' and other Mediocre Xmas tune's played from early evening till almost midnight. Surprisingly this Xmas market does not allow vendors."

"Quiet hotel in a semi run down area. Not much around. When we were there the parking was 'broken' so we parked behind the hotel in a free 'car park' which was half a demolish site. My partner wasn't too happy about leaving it there but thankfully was still there in the morning. The hotel itself is fine. The room is clean, staff friendly. There's a little cafe attached which serves nice bread, sandwiches and snacks. Can't complain to much as the price is right. Almeria itself is a lovely place to...

"Beautiful, accommodating, off grid, stunning views. Google will misdirect you. As soon as it says turn left off the road, instead go straight ahead for 2 km and pick up the signs on the lampposts. Don’t come off the road. Go straight ahead. Ask to see the spa. It’s historical and amazing. Didn’t have a treatment. Would love to next time xxx"

"Do not follow your GPS or else you will find your car in the desert down a wagon trail. After we pulled ourselves from the arroyo, we asked the locals where the place was and it was extremely easy to find with their directions. Wonderful staff and historic location. Cabins were rustic and comfortable. No indication of coyotes or Native Americans!"

"I was worried that this place would be bad because the price was very low. In fact, it’s a great deal. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and there’s a restaurant to eat at. There’s loads of free parking for vehicles of any size. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful. I would highly recommend this place!"

"Nice apartment, just needs attention to detail. Eg 1 wine glass, crack in coffee pot. 1 flat pillow each. Overall value for money. Just one point, the office does not open until 4pm (check in time ) so don't bother getting there any earlier. "

"my wife and I booked this hotel for a local fiesta in a nearby village , and needed a stop over , its a little set back from the road so very peaceful , nice views , and very clean , family run ,with mom still cooking in the kitchen , and serving excellent food , it has a bar and large restaurant on the side of the building, the rooms are basic , but comfortable and clean ."
