"The place is very clean. Right across the street from the Catedral, at grate location, but I asked for a quite room to avoid the noice of the Cathedral Bells loud sound. The breakfast food is ok, but average. The kitchen ladies are very friendly and nice. The reason I don't give this place 5 stars is due to the games the cleaning crew played. If you tip high, good to excelent service but if you tip average based on local rates then poor service."

"Located in a great spot between the main square and the Tarascas fountain The staff was always helpful, they let us use their fridge, microwave and utensils. They have complimentary coffee and drinking water dispenser. Always hot water, the matress was a bit hard but not a problem. The bad thing was that the headboard was loose. The room had a fan, which should be enough if the weather is around the low 30sCelcius. "

"The Good: This property is centrally located which is two blocks away from cathedral. Very safe to be walking around this perimeter. Rebecca at front desk was very helpful sharing all tips, tours info and guidance to everything we needed. The coffee in the morning is really good (complementary). The bad: Needs to be fix in little details that could make the difference. Shower heads were corroded inside and water were coming out everywhere but the center and it was hard to have a real good...

"La relación costó-beneficio es buena, sin embargo la zona alrededor del hotel es MUY peligrosa, sobre todo por las noches, hay muchos vagabundos e indigentes en los alrededores. Incluso asesinaron a una persona en la esquina del hotel. Por esas cuestiones honestamente no lo recomiendo. El hotel es acogedor y corresponde a lo planteado en las fotografías, es barato, pero sacrifica de sobremanera la cercanía a lugares turísticos y la seguridad del turista."
