"Didn’t receive email with room assignment or key code so needed to call. Recently updated room so that was nice. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Needed to request a light bulb and tv remote (not in the room). Room had a coffee maker with coffee but no creamer and the kids didn’t fit the cups. No shampoo / soap in shower. Room could use another night stand and lamps. Good location convenient to Grand Lake and eateries."

"Nice hotel, fair price for the area. It is an old building and they are renovating the outside. The inside of the hotel is very clean and the rooms are very large with comfortable beds. The owner of the property was very nice and welcoming."
