Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. "We hadden een hotel geboekt in Assendelft ivm met feest, daar aangekomen zat het vol en desbetreffende eigenaar had blijkbaar geen connectie meer met deze site. Laat in de avond konden we nog kiezen voor een ander alternatief. Maar omdat we geen ander hotel in de Assendelft konden krijgen hebben we dat afgewezen. Geld krijgen we wel terug als het goed is, maar wij waren erg teleurgesteld en boeken hier nooit meer!!!"

My stay at this property was great. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming. If needed, they helped in guiding visitors of what was in the city and gave great suggestions of great city sites. From check-in to service to amenities, the staff was professional. The location of the property is great as it is close to everything and within walking distance. The property is always clean and presentable.

체크인이 무인이라 해외 전화 발신 안되시면 불편하실거에요 유럽에서는 자주 있는 일이라 저는 괜찮았습니다 호스트분 정말 친절하시고, 아빠 건강때문에 엘베 꼭 필요하다고 하니 1층방을 주셔서 편하게 이용했습니다. 위치는 기차역 코 앞이고, 어디든 그냥 편히 다닐수있습니다. 욕실도 넓어요. 건식 아니라 편했습니다. 침대도 크고 편해요. 다시 돌아온다면 여기서 또 묵을겁니다.

Upon our arrival on 29 July 2016, we were greeted by a young man (sorry that we didn't get his name) who was friendly and very helpful. He provided us with information for local places to eat and the basics of the area. The hotel location makes it easy to hop the local tram, walk to parks and museums, rent bicycles, have plenty of restaurants and stores a couple of minutes walking. This was a very nice place to stay in the outer Jordaan neighborhood of Amsterdam. The room was very comfortable and clean with in-room amenities such as a Nespresso machine, wi-fi, good local restaurant recommendations, and comfortable floor heating. It was very quiet with a comfortable bed. The full-size bathroom was nicely remodeled with a large shower. The owners had great communication via Whats App and greeted us on arrival. Recommended!
