"Let’s start with best point which is included warm served break fast. Customer service also great reception and restaurant service is great. Parking place was unlimited but, spa and swimming pull was closed at 20th of May and they said would be open on next week"

"While we were not underneath the roof repair & our window looked out to the parking lot, we did request a first floor room which we had. Biggest drawback to our room was the bathroom door was on a self closing hinge with a VERY loud fan that came on each time the light was turned on. Made it difficult to negotiate the room door & bathroom door. And no night light for the bathroom. Very nice place other than the door issue, close to downtown Truckee & I-80"

"Nice cozy and budget hotel to have a nice stay near shops and restaurants. It's good for the price and very convenient. It is not a fancy hotel and rooms need an upgrade, specially the ones with kitchenette and a deep cleaning."

"Super romantic low key place. 3 minutes walking to lake. Room was log cabin style inside with a heart shape hot tub. And open dual shower hads .. also mirrors above bed and all around . Wifey was really happy...... and so was I "

"I like how the doors unlocked. In hotel a lot of keys fail.I did leave early because of family but it was a clean and nice hotel.I recommend anyone to stay here and the price you can't believe how cheap it was for how beautiful the rooms were set up."

"The room and property were good quality for the price. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Not much selection and they ran out of most of the stuff by 8:30 on Sunday morning. The TV hookup was strange. The DVD player seemed to be wired across the room and when we moved in the bed, the wires seemed to disconnect and the movie stopped."
