"On our 14 day trip to 5 counties this hotel was my absolute favorite. Views from the balcony were incredible. Hotel is so charming. Breakfast was great, room was nice. Location was great, easy access to local free bus and also walking distance to restaurants."

"This place is sooooo nice. It was a little pricey for one night, but completely worth it. I expected it to be more being we booked last minute, and it was the only room left. This was our first time in Switzerland, and we were based in Zurich, but after visiting Interlaken one day, we knew we had to come back and snagged this gem last minute. Everything was so clean and smelled fresh, with beautiful views, and right in the middle of the most amazing place we have ever visited. We will be back...
"Restaurant was reasonably priced and good. System was well-organized; staff was friendly; and there is a playground next door. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast since needing to leave early.
The beds were rather firm. And the bathroom door gives a truly cultural experience to family-style (clear on bottom and does not completely separate the rooms but is sufficient). Otherwise, it is perfect and would be 5 stars."
"Although it may a listed as 2 star but there was no elevator so bringing luggage to 3rd floor was a workout. No air conditioning. Smallest possible washroom stuck inside room with glass door that did not hide much.
Overall a run down property."
"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. View was great but that’s almost a given for the area. Short and easy walk from the train station, so everything was quick to get to. We had a great stay there!"
"Cute little property and perfect for our one night stay in Interlaken. The cafe is adorable and breakfast was delicious. The staff was super helpful and the location is super walkable to many public transport options. Our main downside was the street noise and church bells that rang hourly through the night."

"The view was amazing! The food at dinner & breakfast was excellent!
The interior needs a refresh for most rooms & common areas, bathrooms were already upgraded & nice.
The A/C hose disconnected from window attachment/duct tape & my husband had to fix it. Room was still too warm with A/C running.
I think a better A/C system is needed.
Woman at desk was very rude to my husband when no one was there to assist us in retrieving our luggage being held for us until rooms were ready & he tried to...
