"フロントが外国人で対応がよくなかった、自販機が全て故障、サウナに砂時計がなく温度計もない。廊下に前日客のゴミと浴衣やシーツ等の洗濯物が放置されたまま。朝食のバイキングの品数が少なく部屋が寒かった改善の必要あると思います。 "

"客室は清潔です。スタッフの方も親切です。ガレージ前に自分の車を置けるので、荷物の出し入れがスムーズでした。寒かったので、毛布を借りましたので、マイナスの気温でしたが暖かく過ごせました。難点は徒歩圏内には、レストランが無く、コンビニもありません。でも無料の食事が1回分ついています。電子レンジ、ポットありますし、ランドリー、自販機もあります。コップが無かったのですが、フロントで紙コップをもらえました。コーヒーのサービスも嬉しい点です。"

Nothing in regards to dining or shops in the area which was okay as we were just passing through for the night.
