"In the booking confirmation from Expedia it states there is a number to contact the guesthouse on, at least 24 hours before arrival. We contacted the property 2 days before, and arranged a time for arrival. Unfortunately on arrival at Koprivshtitsa, we were unable to find it as there didn't appear to be street names except for the main roads. I contacted the number again and was texted an address (40 pop bogomil - which was different from the one given by Expedia). We asked for more information...

"Sono costretto a recensire l'appartamento senza mai esserci entrato. Il checkin era previsto dopo le 14. Arriviamo alle 14.30 e ci dice al telefono che sarebbe arrivato dopo circa 15 min. Dopo 50 minuti sotto al sole richiamiamo e ci dice che doveva esserci la sua compagna. La troviamo e ci informa che l'appartamento aveva un problema elettrico e ci avevano trovato un altro appartamento. La cosa ci indispettisce perchè se hai un problema me lo comunichi e mi chiedi se va bene l'alternativa che...
