"Hotel is great to stay at. Power outage is the reason for the stay. Everything is clean and wonderful staff. Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer. We could have used it after cutting up trees. FYI our house is intact. "

"This facility has potential but the maintenance has been neglected. The pool and spa were shut down for maintenance but no one worked on it during the 3 week days we stayed there. The HVAC system (air exchanger) wasn’t working properly and it made the room air very humid. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and hardworking but the front desk staff acted like they would rather be somewhere else. It’s a great location."

"Elevator was dangerous the carpeting was not laid down, my friend tripped over it a few times getting on and off, scared for my Mom who used a walker. Pool was closed. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay and thankyou very much "

"We rented 8 rooms at this location for my daughters wedding and stayed for 2 nights. Check in was quick and smooth, the staff was great and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious for what we needed. We loved that the pool was open until midnight. The first morning there wasn't much option for breakfast other than some pastries, cereal, toast and fruits. The waffle batter was pretty empty considering we ate around 7am, but the second morning breakfast was good. Finally some sausage and...

"We were welcomed in the parking lot by the hostess at the resort and brought to our cabin. The place was fantastic! It was great to have a full kitchen and be able to fix our own food. I don’t know why this time was different; the air had an odor smell to it, there was red gunk on the bathroom door/handle, and the sink would clog. Everything else was fine. A bit disappointed but I didn’t worry too much. Just had my expectations."
