"My first time at this Days Inn for an overnight stay to break the journey ahead. When I arrived around 9:30pm my room was not ready?? That was a sign it’s not going to get better. Front desk staff asked me to wait a bit while the room was cleaned. 10-15 mins later room was ready. Lobby floors /mats were dirty. Went upstairs to my room, hallway carpet was not clean. Got to the room, room was spacious. Bathroom had no hand soap at all, had to use the shower gel to wash hands. Worst part of the...

"All I can say is staff was really nice and helpful. We had dirty towels, no hand soap, no shower toiletries, no bath floor mat, missing the door top lock and floors were dirty. Worse thing was our room key stopped working. Maintenance staff was awesome knowing the key pad needed a refresh. Great location to go to Ohio State game."
