"Stay was fine. The reason for my 1-star was the fact that I had to buy a lock for my locker, since I could not find mine. I finally found mine 4 hours later and tried to return the lock I had just purchased and get a refund and was terribly treated at reception. The guy literally said: you bought it, it is your problem. "Not sure why people didn't like this place. I actually enjoyed it. It's in a shopping mall, and the checkin is automated, but what's wrong with that? The process worked, and there's someone on the intercom if there are any problems. "A lot of positive things here. The communal area is huge with space to relax, eat, drink, play games. Cheap and good options to eat and drink here. Location is good, near Norrebro metro station.
