Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. "We stayed here while competing in the hico texas steak cookoff. It was inly a short drive away to Hico. The house and grounds were beautiful and clarn. Cutie Pie the cat welcomed us back every time. The beds eere very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Will definitely be back again soon"
