About 30 metres off the main street down a side road this place is easy to find and had a manned reception during normal hours (important, cos some places don't). "If logistics matters to you then this is the best location to be in, bar none. However it is basic and loud till 4am and not sure if the air con works or was just turned off. You do have a popular bar at street level only seconds from your room"

"As it was out of season, we stayed in an apartment which they use before the main season begins. This was in the main street central to all amenities, although up two lots of winding stairs, so may be difficult for some.. It was very comfortable and quiet. good wifi, very clean. We would use it again next time we visit. "

"This is a basic hotel/apartment setup that meets most peoples needs. Slightly confusing the number of places called Ilios but if you check the map carefully you’ll be fine. Bring toiletries as none are provided and a blanket if you don’t like sleeping under a wafer thin sheet. Other than that this place is exactly as the pictures show it. Ultra convenient location on the strip."

"The Sirius apartment are a small complex close to the lovely coves and a handful of tavernas and restaurants, the busier town of Hersonissos is less than a 10 minute walk. The Greek owners speak very little English but this only adds to the truly unique Greek experience. The apartments although slightly basic have modern bathrooms and are fully equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again is visiting the same resort."

"The manager, Akins, went out of his way to go to buy hand soap for the room when we asked for some. Breakfast was included which we hadn’t known. Pool area is large and pretty. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach. We dined for 3 nights at Knossos Taverna nearby. Owners were very friendly, cousins to manager of Golden Bay. Many menu options, recommend eating there. "

"The property owner allowed us to check in early, he was very friendly and helpful. The property is close to the beach, there are many restaurants close by and there is supermarket as well. The rooms were cleaned every 2nd day and all the staff was great. The only small problem we had was with the wifi . but generally this was a great apartment and amazing holiday"

"This place could be a gem with some love and attention. PRO:Our room was cleaned randomly over 3 weeks. Love the location and the view. Pool was ready. Fridge & stove worked. Plates & cutlery provided. Lisa,PR girl did her best with what she had to work with. CON: Needs maintainence and regular upkeep. No one at the reception ....... ever.
