"I look for any and every speck and spot, bug, stain and gross thing when staying in hotels etc. I found nothing at this hotel. I was so comfortable and relieved to not be disturbed by any unsightly things. Shower worked well, TV, window, lighting, elevators everything was in good shape. Heard no one until I went out…except the birds, they were noisy. The staff were unbelievably kind, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was better than most hotels in the U.S. and I would definitely stay here again....

"Easy to get to, clean and convenient. No A/C in the rooms and nothing we could do. The day we checked in was 30 degrees C. A window broke and the manager would not respond to us. Helpdesk calls went to the UK and Ireland, when hotel was in Denmark. Carl in Ireland did his best to help us but he had limited options. "The room was spacious, the personnel were friendly upon my arrival, but at the same time started cleaning at 7am with loud music. It was strange. The kitchen area was clean but bathroom/shower area shared on the floor was not. The cleanliness of the toilet/shower area needs to be improved significantly."
