"First of all there wasn’t clear information about extra charges(£20 a night) of car park when I booked this hotel. Bathroom was very dirty."

"It is in a busy bar area. Lots of noise and vehicle traffic. In the room you can hear every noise in the hallway. A drunken fight happened in the hallway, the second night. I was very concerned for my safety. I asked but only received towel service once in a week. Elevator to the third floor was broken 3 times. If your going there to party and not sleep, this is your place."

"Great location, excellent accommodation and in a beautiful building. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were 2 nights mid week and experienced no noise at all. Really not sure if it would have got noisy at the weekend - such a sturdy, well built hotel not paper thin walls and windows like others!"

"Clean and friendly hotel with lovely staff"

"The shower didn’t work, I try to turn it on and the water sprays all over the walls and ceiling and the, no staff around to help"

"It was clean"
