"Lovely hosts, very attentive to making sure we were being looked after and had what we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Kept us well watered. Great choices on breakfast, loved all the fresh fruit. Bedroom doors were good on sound proofing. Helped us with visiting the Primate Rescue centre to see the gibbons and of course An Trang river/caves. Pool was great to cool off late in day with the heatwave weather (36 celcius degree days). Location was convenient, close to main street but...
"The hotel was ok, but the rooms were quite dirty. When I arrived the bed was nicely made, but when I moved the blanked there was a lot (10 - 20+) of long/short hairs in the bed so clearly the bedsheets had not been changed. When I complained they said they would fix it, but they did a bad effort in trying. After they had "fixed" it most of the hair were gone, but there was still a lot of dirt and small unidentified red/yellow dirtspots on the sheets. The shower also had soaprests in it so...
"I found the room to be very dirty. The bathroom had black mold, the sink area needed to be cleaned, there were a lot of cobwebs and a spider on the ceiling, then really questionable streaks / stains on the sheets. I could not sleep comfortably the first night, I booked a tour the next day, so I packed my bags so I could leave that day even though I paid for 2 nights. So thats what I did, I moved to another hotel down the street and cut my losses.
They can book tours and transportation if you...
"Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They gave me a great tour on a moto of the surrounding tourist sites, cooked me delicious breakfast every morning, and gave me some free wine every night. My room was clean, toilet and shower works great, and plenty of hot water. The surrounding city/village is beautiful. They assisted me in booking my next bus to Sapa village. "
"Generally a good stay overall but there were a few things that could have been better which left us feeling rather unhappy at the end. Staff were on the whole helpful but our check-out experience was very poor and left us feeling a bit miffed.
Whilst I was settling the bill at the front-desk my family was practically rushed out - of our rooms even though we still had our bags in the rooms and were doing our final packing - we were still freshening up in our room and had the cards still with...
"For the price, I have nothing really negative to say about this accomodation.
A nice pool, breakfast was of ample sufficiency and the staff were always cheerful and happy to help.
It was also in a a noce loaction away from the noise and I slept really well.
The only slight negative was my mountain view, which was litterally next to my lodge, so I couldn’t see much of a view. It didn’t matter as I was perfectly happy."
"Este homestay lo elegimos por como se veía la habitación, lamentablemente tuvieron un problema y la habitación que nos tocaba estaba fuera de servicio. La encargada nos ofreció habitación en otro lugar cercano pero no estaba al mismo nivel así que le pedimos la devolución y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos de último momento. Por suerte conseguimos lugar"
