Ariane"
"Excellent place to stay away from the noisy beach street. The rooms are spacious and clean, the managememt is super pro-active and really tries to accommodate your needs. I had a great time, thank you."
"We booked and paid via hotel.com BUT when we arrived the manager explained Expedia instructed him to charge us for the room. We spent 2 hours chatting with hotels.com whereby they promised to refund us, so we also paid cash (so double) while waiting for hotels.com to refund us. BUT we now received a email explaining they could NOT get in contact with hotel and will NOT REFUND us! "
"Rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Staff was really helpful.. The place has a nice pool to relax and games to play. Location was the only challenge"
""Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich komme gerne wieder!""
"I am Japanese. I was able to make some very good memories at Hikkaduwa. The hostel is clean and close to the beach and restaurants. I also liked the friendly staff. There is also a barber shop on site. I also got a haircut. Skills are high. thank you. I will stay this place again next time. Don't tell the Japanese people."
"We arrived hsving booked and paid 4 months before our arrival the guy from a small shop came and spoke to us and helped the only member of staff present to arrange rooms for us.
The property was dirty rundown with absolutely no facilities not at all as shown in the photos .
We were eventually handed a mobile phone and were asked to pay 950 usd for our rooms told them that we had paid via hotels .com and gave booking numbers and showed my reciepts for payment but to no avail we were yold to pay...
