"The wall was peeling of paint...the tub was molded...the ceiling in the bathroom had blue tape holding the crawlspace...housekeeping left dirty towels on the for of the room...air conditioner was so loud I had to turn off all night...but the room itself was huge and roomy"

"great check in"

"The room has not been cleaned."

"Cleanliness failures, maintenance breakdowns, pest problems, safety issues, & just an overall terrible experience!!! I would not recommend this motel to my enemy!!!"

"We had a king room with sofa. It was nice size and clean. The only issue was the bed. It wasn’t really bad but just not comfortable as our home bed. We didn’t eat at breakfast so I can’t comment on that. It was pretty easy access off of highway and felt like a safe area."

"Hotel could use updates and better attention to cleaning!"

"Comfortable room, great HVAC, adequate room service, excellent parking in front of room door. Smell of smoking in the non smoking room. Other guests smoking weed which creeped into my room, other guests leaving trash and beer cans in the parking lot. Toilet flush mechanism didn’t work sometimes. Toilet seat loose."

"We travel for work every week. We enjoyed our stay here very much, it had everything we needed to be comfortable and efficient. The breakfast was a nice surprise, you never know when the breakfast is “included”. This one was top notch! Will stay here on our return trips."

"The room was ok but the shower was half busted, water pouring out of the spout while the showerhead was on. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely garbage. They had all the baskets and compartments for fruit and muffins and bread but there was nothing there. All they had was raisin bran and Cheerios and a decanter that only had a little bit of milk left. The juice machine ran water on the apple, only the cranberry and orange worked. There was literally nothing to eat and they were even out...

"Room was quiet"

"Reception was awesome. The only complaint is there was only 2 towels, 1 washcloth, there was 2 people staying in the room. I didn’t ask for more towels but next time I will and would definitely stay again."

"I am requesting that the condition of the Coachmen Motel in Wynne, Arkansas receive immediate attention. The property appears severely outdated and in need of extensive renovation and maintenance. I had only been checked in for approximately 10 minutes before deciding that I could not stay at the motel. After entering the room and observing its condition and amenities, I returned to the front desk, surrendered my key, and left the property. My decision was made almost immediately based on what...

"All the amenities were there (frig, microwave, coffeemaker, in room temperature control, TV, etc.) but the building itself is very outdated - older plumbing fixtures, light switches, etc. It’s the old-style drive up & park in front of the door to your room type place."

"Has issues with the linens on the bed, dirty and stained like blood. I asked if they could replace them, they did not. Said they were clean, and did not have another set. Massive gap under main door into room. Could see light and people walking by the door."

"the cleanest part was the bathroom. we didn’t even sleep on the beds fr. we used my air mattress to sleep on top of it and it was a BUNCH of flies like a whole family of flies in your room. all hours of the night and day. the roaches are terrible. i booked a king and they gave me two queens. the room had a god awful smell and almost made me and my boyfriend go to the hospital because of the mold. i should’ve took my money some else where. would never book again."
