"This property is easy to locate, close to many shops and restaurants and also Hershey Park. The parking is easily accessible and you are greeted by friendly staff when you check in. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy. Everything was true to the description given. It is good value. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep and shower, then this place is for you. "

"Great customer service. We had an issue with our (a previous incarcerate person smoked in the room) the room smelled like smoke. I brought it to attention of man at the desk and he quickly gave us another room. That way his staff could address the issue with that room. Our new room was very clean and free of any odors etc. bed was comfortable and we had a good nights rest. This hotel is an excellent value and would recommend staying there. "There was no top on the toilet tank. No pillows on the bed. Bathtub was rusty and had broken ceramic. We didn’t stay. Left fifteen minutes after arriving. Staff would not refund our money. We went to a Hampton Inn instead. "
