"We were in a handicap accessible room, but I’m thankful that fortunately neither of us actually needed an accessible room because the door to the bathroom was a sliding barn door, and it was extremely difficult for us to open, and I cannot imagine how someone in a wheelchair would ever be able to open and close the door."

"We didn't eat breakfast there because everything was dirty.The room had brown stuff all over the walls and it wasn't stained. The bathroom was clogged with hair. If you like, I have pictures, it was absolutely disgusting."
